Hi-Tech Patterns Inc., based in Baden, Ontario, has been serving local foundries and manufacturers with precision patterns for decades. We blend the skilled craftsmanship of traditional pattern making with the speed and efficiency of modern CNC machining and digital design.
We create new patterns, handle repairs, and offer reverse engineering using different materials like wood, plastic, and styrofoam. Our team also specializes in 3D design using Siemens NX software, making sure every project is super accurate before we get to production.
We've also boosted our capabilities with in-house 3D printing using a high-resolution Bambu Lab printer. This lets us support pattern making for castings, whip up prototypes, and produce custom tooling for all sorts of applications.
